Making Submissions to NOPSEMA Guideline update and new template for titleholder reports on consultation in the preparation of an Environment Plan

NOPSEMA has updated its existing Making Submissions to NOPSEMA Guideline to include additional information on:

• how titleholders should prepare the sensitive information parts of their Environment Plans (in Section 3.9.3); and
• inclusion of design notifications required under the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Safety) Regulations 2024.

Some other minor adjustments were also made during the review process to support improved clarity of existing information.

The additional guidance is intended to support timely and effective assessments of permissioning documents.
