Our latest issue of The Regulator is here!

In this issue we look at key elements of the new work health and safety regulations that came into effect on 12 June, with a particular focus on psychosocial health and wellbeing.

We home in on one of NOPSEMA's five National Priorities, excellence in leadership and management, and report on new restrictions for PFAS-based firefighting foams, which remain in widespread use on offshore oil and gas facilities in Australia. 

We also report back from another successful Better Practice Forum, held earlier this year, and give an overview of the recent Australian Energy Producers (AEP) Conference in Brisbane. 

This bumper edition is rounded out with stories on NOPSEMA's Digital Transformation Project, an offshore renewables update, and a rundown of our latest external stakeholder engagement activities.
