Public consultation: Review of the offshore petroleum safety regime

Stakeholders are encouraged to participate in a review of the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Safety) Regulations 2009 currently being undertaken by the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science. The review seeks to ensure the regime continues to provide an effective framework for securing the health and safety of the offshore workforce.

Open for comment: Environment plan assessment guidance

NOPSEMA is seeking feedback on its guidance documents relating to the assessment of environment plans. All comments should be provided by 20 July 2018. NOPSEMA will aim to publish a report by the end of 2018 to collate the feedback received and provide a response on the merits of that feedback.
