NOPSEMA performance report - Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999
On 28 February 2014, NOPSEMA was endorsed as the sole regulator for petroleum activities in Commonwealth waters. Under the streamlined arrangements, NOPSEMA publishes an annual performance report on its compliance with commitments specified in the Program report - Streamlining offshore petroleum environmental approvals - February 2014 (PDF 873KB).
